3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit our website, your personal data (e.g. IP address) is processed on Vercel's servers. Details can be found in the Vercel Privacy Policy. Usage is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a reliable presentation of our website).

4. Waitlist & Genesis Drop Registration

When you register for our "Genesis Drop", we collect and store:

• Your e-mail address
• The time of your registration

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). You can revoke your consent at any time by e-mail to hello@caesvra.com. The data is used exclusively to contact you in the context of the product launch and will be deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled.

5. E-Mail Delivery (Resend)

For sending confirmation and transactional e-mails, we use the service Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Your e-mail address and the content of the message are transmitted to Resend. Details at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) or Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent for marketing e-mails).

6. Order Processing (Shopify)

For order processing, we use the e-commerce platform Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Ireland). When placing an order, your order, address, and payment data are transmitted to Shopify and processed in accordance with their Privacy Policy. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

7. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). Stripe receives your payment data (credit card number, bank details, etc.). We never have access to your complete payment data. Details at stripe.com/privacy. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

8. Web Analytics (Plausible Analytics)

We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia), a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible uses no cookies, does not store personal data, and is fully GDPR-compliant. 9. Meta Pixel & Conversion API

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversion API (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. Data such as your IP address, browser type, and interactions on our website are transmitted to Meta. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent via cookie consent).
